FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS
Those who register for three or more seminars will receive a 10% discount off the registration fee of each seminar; the discount will be increased to 20% for those who participate in all six seminars. For those registering for three or more seminars, actual charges for each seminar will be incurred in the month the seminar is held.

• On-site registration will be accepted only on the basis of space availability and thus cannot be guaranteed. Early advance registration is strongly recommended.

Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made in writing and received by Quintessence before February 25, 2008, will be refunded in full. For cancellations received on or after February 26, 2008, but before the start of the meeting, a cancellation fee of US $25 will be charged. No refunds will be made after the seminar date.

Continuing Dental Education Credit
Attendees of the Seminar and/or Workshop will receive 7 hours of CE credit.
