Aim: A rapid solution to restore full esthetics following avulsion of a maxillary incisor is presented. Methods: The crown of the avulsed tooth was used for the chairside construction of a partial denture. Results: Full esthetics were restored in 1 hour, from start to finish. This method also prevented potential movement of the adjacent teeth. Conclusion: Sectioning, sealing, and then bonding the crown of the avulsed tooth to the adjacent teeth provided an excellent solution for this perennial problem. World J Orthod 2001;2:51–55.
