Two cases of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws are reported—one in the maxilla and the other in the mandible. The patients were treated with long-term antibiotics and minimal surgical debridement without major ablative surgery. Some clinical recommendations on prevention and management are suggested, as summarized from current literature.
