This review presents the current knowledge of laser therapy in pediatric dentistry, including examples of clinical cases. Agreeing with Martens that children are the first in line to receive dental laser treatment and based on the microdentistry motto filling without drilling, we are of the opinion that laser-supported dental diagnosis and treatment is basic to treating children successfully according to the latest standards in dentistry.
