Correlation has been a popular design mode in the Cerec software since Cerec 2. This mode allows the user to “copy” an existing (or waxed up, etc) occlusion and have the milling unit produce that occlusion as the final milled result. Correlation can be an excellent way to minimize intraoral adjustment of the final restoration.
