Objective: To study a rare tumor, the combination of two odontogenic epithelial tumors. Methods: Clinical, microscopic, and immunohistochemical findings of four new cases of AOT (adenomatoid odontogenic tumor), in which CEOT (calcifying epithelial odontogence tumor)-like areas of variable sizes were found. Results: CEOT-like areas predominated in only one case; furthermore, the polyhedral, eosinophilical epithelial cells of squamous appearance of this case exhibited positive for cytokeratin 19, and those of the other three cases showed negative. Conclusion: It might hint at a true combination of AOT and CEOT.
