The Orthognathic Surgery Simulating Instrument is valuable f the presurgical evaluation of patients with dentofacial deformity asymmetry. The case report persents the use of the instrument in the presurgical workup of a patient with a severe facial asymmetry. Advantages over the use of a conventional articulator are also discussed.
