In part III of this three-part study, adult orthodontic patients who require multiple provider dental therapy are defined, then further categorized into three subgroups for more accurate assessment of their treatment needs. Of the 1,370 consecutively examined adult patients evaluated in this study, 333 patients (24.3%) were designated as multiple provider group (MPG) patients. This report will discuss treatment compliance and sequence of therapy, and show clinical examples of each of the subgroups in the MPG category.
