Fractured permanent incisors in children pose difficult clinical challenges for dentists. Important treatment decisions need to address appearance concerns, endodontic implications, and short- and long-term restorative considerations. The treatment result, including endodontic therapy subsequent to additional trauma, is shown 20 months postoperatively.
