Your registration fee includes admission to all symposium sessions and exhibits, daily coffee breaks and breakfast, and the symposium Welcome Reception on Friday, September 11. Take advantage of specially reduced fees by registering in advance.

How to Register

To register, do one of the following:

• Mail your completed form, along with a check payable to Quintessence Publishing Co, Inc for the registration fee, to the address indicated on the registration form.
• Fax your completed registration form with your credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted) to Quintessence Publishing at 630-736-3633.

On-site registration will be offered only on the basis of space availability and thus cannot be guaranteed. Early advance registration is strongly recommended.

The deadline for registering for the symposium is August 28, 2015.


Cancellations made in writing and received by Quintessence by August 27, 2015, will be refunded in full. For cancellations received on or after August 28 but before the start of the meeting, a cancellation fee of US $75 will be charged. No refunds will be made after the symposium begins on September 11, 2015.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel rooms have been blocked for symposium participants at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. Reservations at the special symposium rate will be accepted until the cut-off date, August 27, 2015, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Be sure to indicate the name of the symposium to receive the special meeting rate.

Conduct at Symposium

If an attendee engages in unacceptable behavior, symposium organizers reserve the right to take any action they deem appropriate, including expelling offending persons from the symposium without further notice or refund.

Call for Posters

A poster session will be held during the symposium to stimulate and recognize innovative research and clinical techniques in the field of adhesive dentistry. Those interested in presenting a poster about a clinical report as well as clinical or laboratory research are encouraged to apply. Posters will be selected for presentation during the symposium. The best poster presentations will be awarded prizes.

Application for Entry: Application for entry is made by submitting an abstract to the IAAD website [http://adhesivedentistry.org/iaad2015/call-for-abstract].

The abstract should be a thorough yet concise description of the poster presentation (maximum 300 words). Enter your full name and postal/email address along with the title of the poster into the online submission form. Indicate any commercial support or conflict of interest at the end of the abstract, if applicable.

Entry Deadline: May 15, 2015

Awards: The winner in the Student Scientist category will receive the “Presidential IAAD Scientist Award,” US $1,000, and a certificate. The winner in the Junior Scientist category will receive the “Fusayama IAAD Scientist Award,” US $1,000, and a certificate.

The winners will be announced prior to the Closing Remarks on Saturday

Lost Badges

Your badge represents your admission ticket to all IAAD lectures. If you lose or misplace your badge, there will be a replacement charge of $300; there are no exceptions to this policy. You must wear your badge each time you wish to enter the lecture halls.

Technical Exhibits

Technical exhibits will be held on Friday and Saturday during the symposium in the Crystal Ballroom. All participants are invited to visit the exhibits to observe the latest developments in dental products offered by leading manufacturers.

Registration Desk

Your registration packet will await you at the symposium registration desk. The desk will be open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 10; from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm on Friday, September 11; and from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday, September 12. Please note that on-site registration will be accepted only if space allows.

Continuing Education Credits

One hour of continuing education (CE) credit is offered for every hour of program attendance. CE credit awarded for participation in a course may not apply toward licensing renewal in all states. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his or her state licensing board. Meeting attendees are responsible for ensuring that their education credits are current and on file with their respective state board or other licensing/regulatory agency.
