The Boston Marriott Copley Place, selected as the official hotel for the symposium, is offering a special rate to symposium participants. The Boston Marriott Copley Place is located in the city’s charming and fashionable Back Bay area and is linked to the Copley Place Shopping Galleries. The hotel is about 5 miles from Logan International Airport.


Please reserve your room before 5:00 PM on May 14, 2013, the reservation cutoff date. You may be charged a higher rate after this date. All rooms must be guaranteed by a deposit or a major credit card. Individual cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
