All too often, the esthetics of an implant-supported restoration look good on the day of insertion but deteriorate over time. Success in the esthetic zone requires that the clinician understands the many factors that must come together to achieve and maintain the esthetic result in the long term. This lecture will discuss issues related to surgical and restorative techniques as well as implant design.
