Implant-Supported Removable Restorations in the Edentulous Jaw
Three consecutive restorations retained by four implants were fabricated. The restoration exemplified the most important retention techniques for removable dentures in the edentulous jaw: Retention by LocatorŪ abutments, electroplated telescope crowns, or a CAD/CAM milled bar. This volume documents clinical and laboratory procedures as complete equivalents. The presentation of the three designs is aimed to remain close to the clinical situation, with considerable attention to details and based on high educational standards of completeness and comprehensibility as well as relevance to training and continuing education. Many of the sequences were edited for applicability in a teaching context.
This four-volume DVD-ROM compendium follows four separate dental restoration teams as they work together to treatment plan and fabricate functional and esthetic implant-supported restorations.
