Your registration fee includes admission to all symposium sessions and exhibits, daily meals (breakfast/ lunch/coffee break), and the welcome reception on Friday evening. Take advantage of specially reduced fees by registering in advance.

How to Register
Complete the enclosed registration form, including your session preference, and do one of the following:

• Register online at www.quintpub.com/bmp, or.
• Mail your form and check for the full registration fee to Quintessence Publishing at the address on the form.
• Fax your form with credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) to Quintessence at 630-736-3633.
• On-site registration will be accepted only on the basis of space availability and thus cannot be guaranteed. Early advance registration is strongly recommended.

Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made in writing and received by Quintessence before January 31, 2010, will be refunded in full. For cancellations received on or after February 1, 2010, but before the start of the meeting, a cancellation fee of US $50 will be charged. No refunds will be made after the symposium begins on February 12, 2010.

Continuing Education Credit
Attendees of the symposium will receive up to 15 hours of CE credit.

Registration Desk
Your symposium packet will await you at the symposium registration desk, located in front of the Ballroom on the ground level of the hotel. The desk will open at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 11, and 7:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. Please note that on-site registrations will be accepted only if room capacity allows.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel rooms have been blocked for symposium participants at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. Please make your reservations by the reservation cut-off date, January 11, 2010. Call the hotel reservation desk directly at 877-734-2726. Be sure to indicate the name of the symposium to receive the special meeting rate.

Meeting Rate for Standard Single/Double: US $199 per night

Technical Exhibits
Technical exhibits will be held on Friday and Saturday during the symposium. Visit the exhibits to observe the latest developments in regenerative products offered by the leading manufacturers. Exhibit hours are:

Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be held on Friday, February 12, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Take this opportunity to meet your colleagues and the distinguished speakers; renew old friendships and begin new ones.
